Puzzle #112 - Waterwheel (Aquarium)

Aquarium is a type that was added to puzz.link fairly recently, and a type that had a little discussion on the Discord server. So I tried my hand at making a few, partially because it's a type I want to include in a future competition set (hint, hint). This was the last one I ended up making, and tomorrow I'll post the first one.
