A while back I submitted a few puzzles to GMPuzzles. One was broken (I've fixed it since), one was rejected (this Skyscrapers) and the rest have an intent to be used. When I sent in the puzzles I knew that this was the weakest of the set. That said, I still like the solve here- I'm guessing the lack of visual theme is what killed it.
